No water would come out of the machine so I called nespresso. Went through all trouble steps and the machine still would not work. Nespresso swapped out the machine and sent me a new one. Only problem they sent me the wrong machine.

It makes my coffee-making job so much easier. There is one box of expresso inside so you can try them out first. It tastes just like Starbucks
