Buyer, Beware! I had a bottom-of-the-line Breville for years that ran without issue. I upgraded, thinking this slightly more expensive and slightly nicer looking machine would be a nice treat for myself. Turns out, this one is a total lemon. It started acting up after 3 months, pouring short, chalky cups of coffee. I cleaned. I de-scaled. I reset. That temporarily fixed the issue, but it started back up a month later. I called Nespresso customer service, they sent a box for me to ship it to them, they "fixed" it and....it returned to its old ways less than a week later. Now Nespresso is shipping me a new one...thankfully, a Breville like the one I originally had. I cannot say I recommend this particular DeLonghi machine, though I will give the Nespresso team kudos for (eventually) fixing my issue with a replacement!
