You call to activate and they keep you on the phone for 45 mins and still don't help you. You get what you pay for. Cheap service cheap customer service cheap phones. I bought this sim payed for 1 month and they messed up turned my cell of then somehow they lost my phone number that I've had for 10 plus years. And they don't refund your missed service days. Terrible service. Don't use net 10.
