Cumbersome to activate

And the included steps are outdated and doesn't match the Net10 website any more. I couldn't get it actived at all (and I've been working in IT for 20 years), the Best Buy guy couldn't activate it either, and ended up giving me a new kit.Managed to get the new kit activated, but it did take close to half an hour. On the plus side this kit includes all types of different SIM cards, and also a twin SIM
