She was getting a new phone so she needed this to activate her phone. I heard of Net10 before but I didn't know about it. She has been a Net10 user for quite sometime and she is very happy with this item. There are easy directions inside the package.

Works great now! So happy you guys carry this in the local store!

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.-Customer service is outsourced (India?) and their general protocol to fix problems is having you turn your phone off and back on (they have also lied about fixing my specific issue multiple times as it keeps happening) -Call service in general is okay, but for certain calls it is subpar -The sim card was finnicky at first and it still sometimes takes a restart of the phone to help it find service or to fix the "no inserted sim card" error (I have a newer model Samsung Galaxy phone, so it is not defective) You get what you pay for. Cheaper plan for cheaper service.

Came with everything I needed and has compatibility with a wide range of devices using standard, micro, and nano sized sim cards.

It has SIM for the for major carriers in U.S. and the adapter for micro SIM to regular SIM. Only negative is doesn't have adapter for nano SIM.
