The agent Muiz was on time he called to let me know he was on his way, he installed my new computer, because the old one files were corrupted. He installed the software I needed. He did a great job with everything.

I'm one of those "older people" who grew up with telephones that had 4 party lines (that means 4 different families in and around my neighborhood shared the same telephone line), 45rpm records were the new thing, there was only ONE telephone line under the Atlantic Ocean connecting the US and Europe (often had to wait 7 to 8 hours to make a connection with relatives in Holland) to mention just a few examples of how meager our electronic devices were. At 68 years old, I bought my first personal desk computer and I bought it from BEST BUY, and that has made all the difference. Now at 75, I bought my next computer at BEST BUY because once you find, literally, the 'best' place to address all your electronic needs, you never look back. Again, kudos to the Geek Squad team for always being there to help this old codger untangle any and all of my confusions trying to get the most out of my new HP desk computer.

Alex was very professional and absolutely super knowledgeable. He made me comfortable, and I felt at peace knowing he would take care of my desktop computer set up. He made up for the lack of comfort the customer service girl that called and never got back to me after my appointment was changed last minute.

He migrated all of my data from my 9.5 year old laptop to the new one and even managed to resurrect data I thought had been lost. Super easy. In addition, I have contacted the Geek Squad several times since to work out glitches as I learn my new computer and they are always fast and helpful. Total Tech is the best buy ever!

Chris Romero was great. He arrived for the appointment on time. Chris is very knowledgeable, and helpful. He showed me features that I didn't know about. He problem solved an issue I was having with a printer and gave me helpful information about a printer better suited for my needs.

Devin was fantastic! Friendly, extremely knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. Was very patient and explained things as we went thru the set-up process. Answered all my questions, completed everything on my list and actually solved a couple problems others had not been able to. He's the best overall IT person I've encountered.

I am absolutely thrilled to have my own personal geek, someone I can get in touch with if I have questions or need help. Matt Meza is a wonderful young man who is very patient and genuinely cared about helping. This is a wonderful service and I highly recommend it to anyone who is not computer literate or who is electronically challenged.

The agent arrived on time with everything that was necessary. She was friendly and professional. She was able to fix any issue that came up. She made the transfer from the older model to the new model easy. She was able to answer any questions I had.

Geek squad tech arrived on time, worked through all issues, reset my existing computer solving an access issue. I purchased a tech support agreement and I am glad I did.

The Tech person did a great job of setting up my new computer and second monitor. She also performed the data migration. She was very professional and was able to do this efficiently. She was also very thoughtful to add a personal touch to my computer. I would highly recommend this service.

Daniel did an excellent job transferring my file's from my old laptop to my new one. I appreciated his taking time to ensure I was able to navigate efficiently using my new laptop.

Geek agent setup my IMac and connected my printer to the IMac. Showed me a few things on IMac that are different from a windows operating system. Also downloaded files from an external HD from my old windows computer. Everything went well no problems, agent knew exactly what he was doing would highly recommend this service.

The techs were great. Should have offered coffee while they were there. I would offer an idea for Best Buy however. It would be helpful if a phone call was scheduled for a week after to cover any questions. It's all about getting used to things without feeling you're taking advantaage.

WONDERFUL!! Both technicians (the person who came out when my old one had died and the person who came out for the install. I cant find the folder that I put my things in, but you should have their names!! They were both outstanding!!

Justin arrived on time and transferred all the information from my old laptop to my new one completely to my satisfaction. He was knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. He explained what he had done and helped me to acquaint myself with the computer. He is an asset to your company.

The girl that installed our computer did a great job. She has been here before, when we had problems with our printer. She is professional and knowledgeable and friendly. I will always ask for her to work on all my electronics.

I have had 2 services provided recently; a new computer installation and migration of data, by Austin and a new TV mounted to the wall and set up by Abel. Both services were done efficiently and in a timely manner. Both technicians were prompt and personable.
