Transition with the Geek Squad

We had to go to Mac help to reconfigure some of the systems works. When things were downloading he went out to his truck to play with his phone. He never asked us how we use our system.. in short, he got it working but that was all. 3 hours with Mac support on the phone was needed the next day. Geek Squad was very week!
