Most knowledgeable, considerate, helpful service person ever! He not only set up my computer, but helped me understand and use new features of this product. He was patient with my questions and didn’t rush through explanations. What a one in a million gem of a guy!

Tech was very knowledgeable and made sure my data got transferred that day. He picked up tool from store to speed up data transfer. Also, he downloaded virus protection for me, that I purchase thru Best Buy.

Joe, from the Geek Squad, came to my house to help set up my new PC and migrate the data from my old computer. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He made sure that all my questions were answered before he wrapped up his visit. My new computer is up and running with no problems at all!

The transfer of data from old pc to new pc was inclusive in terms of everything got transferred. And most important, Outlook was set up the way I wanted it and ALL of my folders were still intact. Very important.

Anytime we purchase a new computer we always turn it over to Geek Squad to clean off all the adware and bloatware. They always do a check to make sure everything's running as it should. They'll also upload any software or on-line games for us as they can do it much faster. Since we have the service, there's no charge.

The Geek Squad agent appeared on time, was professional and knowledgeable. He completed the set up of my new computer, transferred all of my data, etc. from the old computer to the new one and explained everything to me. Invaluable service!

The two Geek Squad agents on Sep 9 were tremendously helpful with their knowledge and resourcefulness in every way. I gave them a list of issues with the new PC and MS-11 and they came up with quick answers. They quickly got needed products from the local store and set them up. A great team to work with.

My wife and I are seniors and are just not that comfortable with current technology. Our Geek Squad guy did all the needed work to set up the new computer to suit our needs. He then helped us update other technology around the house as well as teach us a short course in the technology. Great help!

Conner Jennings did a superb job of setting up my new all-in-one Dell computer and transferring information from my PC laptop to my new computer. Conner was even early to the appointment, and he was both efficient and personable while working. He really knows his stuff!

I can't say enough nice things about the Geek Squad and the Geek Squad person who came to our house to set up our new computer and then do the data migration. We bought the Geek Squad program, now Total Tech, nearly 10 years ago, and it has been worth every penny.

Geek Squad set up my computer including switching data from old to new and putting on programs and LIFTING FROM PACKAGING AND TAKING OUT OLD PRINTER. I could not be happier with what he did for me.

The Geek Squad person was friendly and quite knowledgeable. He did the work quickly and efficiently. He obviously has biases about some software, but he installed everything as I wanted. My only complaint is that he gave me his number to contact him if I had any questions, and when I did, he did not respond to my voice mail message, Other wise I would give him a 5.

In setting up the computer, the agent did so in a professional manner, and was able to answer all of our questions. He was able to transfer the data from our old computer and was able to make connections to our old printer. He did this in a timely manner and did not talk over our heads. We are very satisfied!

Geek Squad never fails in their service to me and my household. They installed a device on my car and did it quickly and professionally. While I had to have the device uninstalled (not because of Geeks Squad), they also did a fantastic job of uninstalling the device. On top of that they got me in before my secheduled appointment time.

Heather was just outstanding! Everything is working perfectly and all previous existing concerns were resolved. I have already recommended the Geek Squad to a friend in another state who might be upgrading soon. On a scale of 1-10, Heather was a 15!
