The GS tech was very nice however, he was limited to 90 minutes to complete the service which was to be a new computer set-up along with transferring information, etc.. from old computer to new. The job was not completed to my satisfaction by time he was required to leave. This should have been noted when I booked the service.

Great customer service, got done with what was needed in a timely manner

It took three attempts to get my appointment. SOMEONE kept cancelling without telling me. I was told twice that EDDIE would call (NEVER DID). Not a good supervisor. When someone showed up SCOTT he was GREAT and I would use him again.

The Geek Squad guy was friendly and efficient - also helpful with our questions.

Justin was very knowledgeable and efficient. All my needs were met in a pleasant and professional manner. Low rating due to having to wait 3 weeks to get my service!

Got it set up & info transferred. All seemed fine. Later I found some items that were not transferred that should have been, and have been having several problems with the computer. Have new appt. to try & get all things straightened out, but had to wait quite a while for the appt.

In-home agent failed to copy existing Outlook calendar and contacts to new computer. Agent also did not connect Trend Micro Internet Security or show me how to do it. Agent said impossible to connect new computer to existing printer. Had to get online Geek Support who did manage to connect Trend Micro AND my printer. Had to get another in-home agent on 4/11/23 to get calendar and contacts, and despite my request that they NOT send the same agent, they did send the same agent and he made even more mistakes.

The tech was knowledgeable and very professional at all times

The agent tried to be accommodating but was on a tight schedule so he wasn't able to finish completely; he did spend 2 hrs on site so I can't complain. Also, I am totally NOT tech savvy so communication may not have been my strong suit. will probably need to schedule another visit.

I knew I had more than 100GB of data, but had expected that would simply add to the price of the service. Instead, it turned out I had to bring the laptops in to the store for an additional service. I would not have paid nearly $200 for the set-up alone, especially since I then had to do nearly everything over again after the data transfer. That said, the agent who came over was very competent and very nice. I was just unhappy with the Geek Squad policy, not with him.

Printer was not connected to new computer in setup, but I was able to do it myself. One important document was only partially transferred and the rest has disappeared. I am bringing my old computer to the Geeks to see if they can recover the lost portion.

The agent installed the HP - Desktop - AMD Ryzen 5 - 12GB Memory - 512GB SSD, but did not have time to assist with email issues or to transfer contacts. It would help if the agent had more time and was not so frustrated by customer request.

Purchased our laptop in another town on vacation. Salesperson set up our PC Setup and Data Migration with our home address, but listed the city the state where we were on vacation.

I thought the agent would transfer the data from my old computer and he said he was just supposed to install the programs on new computer. Very nice guy, but I needed help transferring my data.
