I was disappointed that they did not complete the job. I found out when he arrived that they could only do part of the job. I needed all my documents transferred but they wanted me to take apart the old computer and take it into the store. I was willing to pay almost anything.

It came in earlier than expected but no one called or let us know so we could get the laptop sooner

The agents transferred data from my old disk but I wasn't told software wasn't transferred, Later agents downloaded microsoft office.

I bought two laptop pc's from Best Buy. The first one I returned, since I was not happy with it. I bought then the second one and I'm still not happy with it. The first Technician really messed up both of my pc's. The second Technician, didn't do much better. I still do not have a mike on my laptop. My neighbor did most of the installation. Now, I have to go back to Best Buy to find out why my mike is not working. This is getting rediculous.

Installation not completed. Incorrect product. Product exchanged. Back to the end of line for installation.

Set up computer and plugged in DVD/CD reader. Didn't work. Had to have IT from work come in and install it/download whatever to get it to work.

The agent was quite helpful and friendly. The service is not particularly valuable. Many of my files (not copyright constrained) weren't moved. I ended up having to do it myself. Really no point in paying for this service which is more worried about some zero probability copyright challenge than doing the work I needed.

Alexander was not competent. He did not install apps necessary for me to properly operate this HP laptop. No user guide came with the product. I can do only basic things, and I am not familiar with Windows 11. Can't reach manager to re-schedule with Jonathan NOT Alexander for a re-do of the setup procedure. I don't even know how to video chat as nothing is set up. Was

Installed properly. Did not realize it was nit touch screen. Disappointed.

I had to cancel this visit but look forward to having them back to make Nest thermostat work

He came on time and stayed until all my questions were answered.

Nobody mounted my TV. Geek Squad installed my computer and took the hard drive out of my old computer to transfer the data but did not put the old hard drive back in the old computer so not I can not use it. Also I can not find my documents that were transferred to the new computer.

The agent moved some of my programs and file to my new windows 11 hp computer from my windows 10 hp computer I cannot find programs or files. my new windows 11 has no dvd reader/player so i can't load my older programs to new computer.

The Person who came to my home, was nice and all. But he made my email where I get it in three different sections. I didn't like that. Nor did I like the fact he was not concern about the pictures he was transferring from a old Computer. But he did set things up! I have not had to inquire help from Geek Squad, but it is nice to know I am able to.

He did the basics, bad customer service. When I asked about hooking printer to new computer he said it wasn't on the work order. When I asked about deleting data in the old computer same story.Call on line agents. Whenasked to take old printer for recycling he didn't have room in his truck, I should have another agent take care of it.

the agent did what he came to do except for giving me access to Word, Excel, etc.
