Most of them have no idea of what they're doing. I asked them to do something and after picking item up, i find out they didnt do it. So they had to send someone to the house to finally get it done. Frustrating!

Set up didn’t take long. Agent was not very instructive on usage

Some things were working fine but a couple of things were not clear

The technician did a good job of setting up the PC BUT the transfer of files leaves much to be desired. Files are not in the folders they were in the previous PC and I have yet to be able to find all the files we had on our previous PC.

Cancelled because I set up the new computer myself. Did not need the service

Not enough time was allowed for the first visit. Second visit to finish waited 8 hours and no one showed up. Second try to finish- our email said she would come 7am to 1pm. Her scheduled had us for afternoon--waited another 7 hours--need better scheduling guidelines.

I have cancelled the visit for the Geek Squad on 4/28 as the as the appointment for the Geek Squad had been cancelled for 4/25 on the morning of 4/25 and rescheduled for May 5th. I locate someone to install my new computer and cancelled the geek squad visit for May 5th . I have requested a credit of $213.99 be issued to my credit card...as of today credit has not been issued per my credit card company. They have removed that amount from Best Buy bill and put a claim in with Best Buy. It is very hard to get anyone at the Geek Squad. I am very upset with Best Buy And the Geek Squad.

I am not totally happy with the service, the user name was incorrect, wrong e-mail account and none of the folders from my Outlook e-mail were transferred to my new account like I wanted, I lost so much information

This turned into a real bothersome problem. I was able to provide this service myself, and did not need the service tech to come out to my house. I tried to cancel the appointment. I was unable to cancel it. I tried online and over the phone multiple times over multiple days. I was only able to reschedule the service call. The only way I was able to cancel the service call was to answer the tech guy's phone call the day before the service call and tell him in person that I no longer needed help.

The tech was very rushed and left abruptly without finishing. My husband couldn’t even get into his new computer so he had to drive all the way to the store and have them finish.

This is the 4th printer Geek Squad has set up in home. I continually need to turn the printer on and off to print each day. It goes offline. HP and Canon both do it. Has to be the setup??

I have Apple care so I really don’t need it, I already contacted the representative and she stated I’ll be getting my refund back for $199.99 but as of today I don’t any refund or pending

The agent could not transfer the data or apps. Had to send me to the Beat Buy store to get it done there.,

Agent said he could not help me to do anything to connect more securely and explain any of my devices to me. He offered me a full refund but not sure if I got one!! About $200? Btw I spoke with a real cyber expert and found out my Vizio tv was the security problem and unplugged it and the issues stopped.. throwing it out to get a safer brand!!

This time the Geek Squad didn't fix the problem. I still have the problem & hope that I can live with it with out getting frustrated.

Great job all my old data was transferred and it all works great, I will have them back if I ever need it done again. I would give him an excellent rating

Brand new computer and I keep getting a blue screen and don’t have geek squad coming the 18th first guy did not even get my printer connected and I’m not happy
