REALLY A ZERO. I am responding from a 5 year old Thinkpad from about 15 ft from the new computer because the new computer does not work. Tomorrow I'm taking it to another tech center then will bring the bill to you or return it if it cannot be fixed but only after it has been wiped clean as I have pre-copywrite and confidential material in it.

Geek Squad technician was very profesional, efficient, cordial and got the job done quickly. He set up my new laptop, transferred my data from my old computer, and made sure I understood how to use the new laptop. Very pleased.

Agent never arrived to my residence. After making several calls I found out that Agent “rescheduled” my appointment due to no answer at the door. I have a Ring doorbell and the only person that was recorded was myself looking for the agent. I canceled the appointment and requested a refund. Seriously doubt if I ever repeat this again.

The installation was fine but the 30 day warranty afterwards was not. I needed to call your tech people 3 -4 times during the warranty period for the same reason to get my printer reconnected. I paid someone $25.00 to come over and fix my computer. In addition I'm still having problems opening up attachments tied into Google. I don't know why.

MNicrosoft mail set up still not correct after second Geek Squad visit

I waited over two weeks to have the Geek Squad to come and help me with my old and new computer. The service person was good, but when I sent him some questions he could not answer, he made an appointment for me for him to come out to check this computer. Why do I have to wait so long? The next appointment is in the middle of April. I am very frustrated! HELP

The laptop itself is sufficient for my needs but your service has many shortcomings

They were supposed to install a new Microsoft Word program and transfer the files from my Microsoft works programs. Instead they transferred a bunch of stuff that I didn’t need and I have been unable to locate a Microsoft Word program. The files they transferred from Works are there but I can’t open them

Three appointments for a new PC set-up and data transfers, it's still not done. The first was was cancelled due to an illness, two weeks later the second was cancelled, without any notification, for reasons no-one knows. Now I wait another two weeks for the third appointment. Gees!!

Tech could not install Webroot and did not review or show me how to use laptop. Seemed rushed, I believe he was tillking in for regular tech. I had to take back to store for tech to installk Webroot. Not usual service from GeekSquad.

He tried, but had to rush off to another client. Never got it working to my satisfaction.

The tech was very pleasant, but I am sorry to say it was not worth the money. I could have done the same as the tech, if fact i had to reload programs and software. I would not do it again. it might be better to make a tiered pricing program to give a better cost savings.

The first Geek Squad agent came to my home (after a 7-day wait)...TWICE...and still couldn't accomplish the date migration of old iMAC to new iMAC. I had to wait some more days...and take BOTH iMACs in to the Best But store! Poor Customer Service!

Very disappointed - would never purchase or recommend any Geek Squad Service again. A 15-year-old could have done better. I had to contact Google to change a miriad of things that this guy screwed up as he couldn't get my password in correctly and they locked me out.

Geek Squad never showed up - trying to run a business but I have no computer - can not get any customer service - call and get no help want to take computer back get my money and buy from someone that services the customer

Delivered PC and transferred data from old PC. Failed to transfer Web-Root and long Excel file and maybe others, not sure yet. His name is Cole and he seemed more anxious to leave than check his work'

Waited over a month and they called the day before and can’t make it and scheduled several weeks out again. Why buy something you can’t use for months because they can’t make it out

This company is corrupt. I answered many emails that I did not want to renew, yet they charged me anyway. They are either complete crooks or desperate. Either way, do not do business with these people

The agent migrated my data from my old IMAC to my new one. The email files were so scrambled I still haven't gotten them straight. I was not told this would happen. Once the stuff was discovered to be so royally messed up he said he had to leave.
