Appointment was canceled last minute with no warning. To make matters worse, the reschedule was pushed back a full month. I cannot understand why it couldn’t occur sooner.

The Geek Squad were on time and ready to install my new computer. Being a Senior Citizen, they had to do a lot of explaining and "show and tell".

Programs i wanted were not installed. I am not as oriented as the geek squad member. Despite my request i was told i didn't need them. My request was not taken into consideration

Disappointed Geek Squad would not migrate apps from old computer to new computer. That is why I signed up for service. Ended up downloading software that got the job done.

Transfer to new computer left a major set of data inaccessible. Word processing software did not migrate. Had to re-purchase. Technician complained about the data transfer. So disappointed.

Told me at the store that is was best to schedule at home and then they never showed. Calling is even a bigger mess so won’t do this again.

The agent did get data transferred to new computer, however left with the printer not talking to the computer (or vice versa).

Still waiting for Geek Squad to resolve. Multiple contacts and appointments. Seem unable to correctly understand the issues and offer timely resolution.

Technician performed the bare minimum. Only about one-quarter of the designated tasks completed.

The agent came to my house and told me it was too dirty and it smelled bad and left.

The geek came on July 20th. Did not finish the job. Made an appointment for July 30. He did not show up nor call. Have another date for August 20th.

Geek Squad person didn't know what they were doing and lacked knowledge. Was condescending. Wouldn't want this person again.

Nothing like the Squad setting up Windows 11 and not showing - or even talking - to you!

No stars! Very rude person and destroyed my old computer taking out hard drive. Did not want to answer any of my questions. Extremely disappear this service.

I was charged $50 for in home set up after joining totaltech. The salesman assured me it would be included. Not happy

The agent said he would call me back to reschedule because I had the sniffles. Instead he canceled my appointment and blew me off.

Need to reschedule. Rep couldn't help. So i watch a youtube video to hange my password

I had an appointment set up for someone to come to my home. There was no call and no one visited me.

Have not set up yet and I’ve scheduled the appointment three times and it has been missed

WE are still waiting. This service is not very helpful when we have to wait sooooooo long to get service1
