Never got a computer or a set up. waited for 8 hours and had no call they were not coming the day it was promised.

Geek seemed like he did not want to be here and could not wait to hurry up and leave.

I woulf give a zero star if i could. Do not use gerk squad

Took them 8 wks to come set up.lost money ,I work from my computer

this did not happen. no "new computer" was purchased corresponding to your dates.

lost half my data said they cant come back for 2 weeks

No availability for an appointment for more than 30 days from purchase.

I don't know what agent this is but so far my problem has not been solved

They hardly did anything! Price charged-horrible!!

The agent set up my new computer and migrated all the data from my old one. He sorted and arranged my nest of tangled cords. He worked me to set up the main display with the program icons easily accessible. He gave me pointers about differences between Windows 10 and 11. He made sure I was comfortable with the basic workings of the new computer. All of this he did in a reasonable amount of time and with amazing patience. When all was said and done I was more excited than ever with my purchase, and within less than a week I was proficient in its use.

My tech Harley was very professional and very aware of all features of my new computer. Handled all transfers and connections, and all of my questions. I am computer illiterate and Harley never made me feel as such. Highly recommend .

Agent brought the products we discussed and moved my world of data from an old laptop, and I am talking old, to my new one. Didn't miss a thing. Explained the new items in the context of the new system we just built. Double-checked that everything worked as intended with the rest of my setup. Will definitely make the Geek Squad my first call next time.

The agent set up my new computer and migrated the information from the old machine to the new Hewlett-Packard machine. I was impressed with his knowledge, helpfulness and honesty. I would certainly recommend purchasing and using the Geek Squad.

We had two new Mac Computers installed, and both technicians were excellent. Chris and Ludwig were knowledgeable and very helpful, addressing all of our specific needs and challenges.

I brought my new computer to the store for this service. It was a swing and a miss. Instead of transferring my data to my new computer, it ended up on the cloud. Then they said they couldn't access my data because it was on the cloud. Frustrated, I took it home, thinking I would do it myself. But, having paid for TotalTech support, I filled out a survey and complained. The Geek Squad manager for the store called me, and listened, then arranged for in home service to fix the issue, since I didn't want my data on the cloud and still wanted it on my new computer. The tech was able to do that, plus worked on some other network questions I had for him when he got here. So, it started off not going so well, but the responsiveness of the manager and the ability of the technician were positive enough to render the excellent rating.

Boyd did an outstanding job of setting up my computer, monitor, and printer. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing as he set up everything. I have had no problems with my new system. I greatly appreciate Boyd’s knowledge and his willingness to help me understand the migration of data.

The agent set up my computer he downloaded the information from old computer to my new computer. He was very good at explaining how to work the Mac computer.

The Geek Squad agent was punctual, polite, knowledgeable. and efficient. The data was transferred from our old computer to the new computer by the Geek Squad. It was done efficiently and seamlessly. The new computer is contained in the monitor so it give us much more room on the desk as it no longer requires a large tower. It can be used with a keyboard or touch screen. It is a beautiful computer and the transition was seamless. I'd recommend this computer highly and would recommend the Geek Squad highly.
