Our tech, Tim, was excellent. He took the time to explain exactly what was taking place in the transfer from previous computer. He then showed the various features in the new setup.

Your Geek Tech, Bobby, did a great job assuring my new IPad was properly set up and functioning. I have enjoyed it ever since. The iPad is so much easier and portable to use than my MacBook. Bobby also helped my husband buy a new desk top and installed the updated Microsoft software. My husband loves the speed of the new system. As tech phobic seniors, Bobby is a gem. We will call him again if we have future tech trouble.

The Geek squad technician was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable, and quickly and efficiently set up my new system and updated my old desktop while he was here. He explained everything he did and answered all my questions and gave good advice for me to follow going forward to get the most out of my systems. I will continue to maintain my total tech account. Johnathan is an exceptional tech. He clearly takes the time to obtain a complete understanding of my needs and the installation and data transfer were flawless, including the integration of a large processing print center that, but for his work would have been outdated by now.

Adam Higgins came to our house and installed something to my computer. I had to call him for another service on it but it was because I didn't know how to do what needed to be done. This is very good service and I'm sure I will renew in March 2024.

The appointment went great. I was happy that I was able to have a new HP computer setup and data migration performed at my home. Since I already had the HP printer connected to my older desktop and that was a nightmare that I didn't want to deal with again. I choose the in-home installation, which cost more money, but it was worth the piece of mind in not dealing with the online printer re-installation. If your having issues, like I did with my local Best Buy page not able to service my zip code which is 8.1 miles away from that Best Buy, when I tried to schedule an online appointment. Please call Best Buy's 800 number instead. Not sure why scheduling online was an issue. A live customer service agent had no trouble scheduling the appointment. However, he did quote me a higher price than what was shown on the screen for the same services. $400+. I called back and spoke to a different agent was quoted the correct price that was shown on the website and booked the appointment. It was only a few days later. Fast appointment was given as well.

The agent helped me to understand and see what options for a new laptop computer and a printer were available and suited to my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and the suggested reasonably priced options, which made the decisions so much easier. This was a very pleasant experience.

Michael setup - migrated data perfectly for my new Lenovo computer on a home visit. He answered my questions, explained things as I asked and saved me time and aggravation from bringing it in to the store. I'm handicapped so home visits are what I have to have.

It was on sale so the price was great. I like the size and it is easy to operate. The battery doesn't last very long.

Geek Squad technician provided excellent services as always. Not only the technician is a tech expert, but he also is a great teacher and very knowledgeable. He is kind and a gentleman with good manners. He does not talk anything else but work. He also found a wonderful TV for my kitchen. He installed the TV quickly. Now, I can sit in the kitchen, watch TV while have my breakfast, lunch and dinner. What a joy.

The agent set up my new PC and connected it to my wifi and printer. Then he transferred about 100 GB of files from my old PC very rapidly. I feel sure that having these things done by an expert was well worth the cost, especially since there was new Windows software.

Kadian Mcfarlane is everything a computer geek should be! He's knowledgeable as well as patient when transferring files took longer than he had anticipated. I'm so grateful for his expertise and I'm very happy to have my files all transferred from Windows 7 to the new Windows 11 desk top.

The agent, Alex, set up my new laptop and transfered all my data from the old one. It was obvious he knows his stuff as he immediately answered all my questions. If i have trouble I hope to get him for help.
