I'm glad I chose the Geek Squad to set up my new Dell desktop. It really would have been too tension-filled and exhaustive to do it my self, and Yangtze Castro was efficient and responsive, and thus well worth the expense.

The technicians that came to set up my computer were extremely knowledgeable. They were excellent and it was an incredible experience. All my questions were answered. They were patient and worked quickly. I am very impressed with the level of service.

The agent set up my new desk top and transferred all my information from the previous computer. The tech answered all my questions and took the time to show me how to utilize some of the features. He was great

The person that came to our home connected our printer quickly and efficiently to the computer. He was very thorough in going through each step showing us how the printer worked with all of the features. His explanations were very easy to understand.

The agent completed a data migration on my new Lenovo laptop. He was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He fully communicated about his arrival time. In addition, he was willing to answer questions, and provided information as items were transferred.

I thought it was impossible to move all my data over to my new computer but Seth, the geek squad guy, did it in record time. Relieved a lot of anxiety on my part. The thought of losing a lot of my data was really making me anxious. Also set up my external hard drive that I had and backed up my computer to it.

The tech setup my new laptop and migrated all the data from my old laptop to the new one, which wasn't quite as easy since one was an Apple and one was a Samsung. He was very knowledgeable, explained as he went through the process and answered all my questions and never lots his sense of humor or patiences,

Thank God for the Geek Squad! Chris came here to install my new desktop computer two weeks ago. Years back I used to do this myself, but I would advise anyone and everyone to use this service. He did it so fast, his hands were like a blur as he was running across the keyboard! He hooked up both of my printers (one really old, so he was surprised to find the driver for it online). And, he installed the new Microsoft Office Programs. Plus, I had *thought * I saved my files to a flash drive - nope - he checked, and did so and downloaded to the new computer. I was very happy to have this all done so quickly and be up and running right after he left. He went above and beyond to handle everything. I would probably still be trying to do it! I would definitely advise to have this done professionally by them - saves a lot of time and aggravation and worth the price for the yearly coverage.

If you’re into techy “things”, being a Total Tech member is a must. I purchased a new desktop PC and the technician who came to the house and did the data transfer was amazing. It was an absolutely seamless transition from one computer to the other, including all the apps, data files, and photos.

Our agent was great. He was fast, knowledgeable, answered our questions, explained everything so the older customers (low tech and no tech) could comprehend. He didn't rush in and act like he wanted to rush out.

Mike Bailey fixed the problem with my email, which I have had for months. He explained everything very clearly. He connected the printer to the computer, and backed up everything from the old to the new one. I would definitely ask for him again if I had a problem.

The agent was very patient with our questions and did a good job with the set up and transfer of data. The only thing that was a puzzle, he transferred the data into some weird folders and it took a bit of time finding things.

The Geek Squad set up service is a WONDERFUL part of the service you provide. As a newbee to the grand world of the Internet I learned enough to get me "surfing the net" like a professional. In addition, I appreciated that your in-home assistants arrived at my home when they said thal they would. They both were extremely knowledgable and professional. Kudos to Best Buy.
