the geek squad set up my new computer and transferred all my things from the old computer.

They were very helpful in setting up our computer, transferring data from our old computer and helping us with navigating our new computer (compared to our old one). Very knowledgable and customer focused.

The agents placed my tv where it needed to be and set up what I needed. He explained how things will work, also. My questions were answered in an understandable way. The agent was very patient with me as I don’t care for electronics or things on line.

I was very satisfied with Geek Squad Tech, Brett's service. He set up my new iMac all in one, transferred data from my old HP desktop. Brett was very professional, helpful and patient in explaining the tech stuff to a senior.

The I.T. tech. Chad was GREAT! I had purchased a new HP laptop elsewhere, but contacted you to get it set up. I needed all of the data from my old laptop transferred to my new one. I also asked him to check my apps to make sure there were no duplicates and that they were authentic programs. He also "cleaned up" my computer and checked out my operating system in general. My previous I.T. retired last year and excellent experience overall was very disappointed, but Chad was even better! I often got "pop ups" telling me to update my apps and I clicked on them. I ended up getting a viruses and malware on my laptop . He advised me what to do in the future. He was punctual which was critical as I was given a 4-hour window for service. He was professional and had a great personality. I did have to wait about three weeks to get an appointment, but it was in early January and I presumed that it was because of Christmas purchases. I would definitely call Geek Squad again and I would recommend them to a friend.

Kempton was so patient with me as I am technically challenged. He walked me through everything he was doing, had me change ink and scan etc just so I’d know how to do when he wasn’t there. He got everything transferred over to my laptop, set up the cloud , and my Eeros pods. And he did all that in a very short amount of time.

The agent transferred all the data from my old computer to the new one. He was very patient with this old man. It was very much appreciated. His name was Michael Humbles and I can not say enough good thing about his work and his demeanor. Very satisfied with the Geek Squad experience.

My lap top was set up and all my questions were answered. Thats why I buy from Best Buy because of the Geek Squad. My old lap top could not be disconnected so they had to come to my house. Wonderful service

Adam Austin set up my Sony Bravia TV plus the sound bar and components. Adam is extremely professional and super smart and nice!! Adam connected everything and suggested a TV bracket so the TV would sit higher than the Sound Bar. Great idea and when Jon Langtry came out to hook up my new Canon Printer to my nine year old MAC, he installed the TV bracket to my Sony Bravia TV which was a really delicate operation. Jon had to kneel on the floor and pick up my big TV and set it on top of the cabinet! Jon performed the operation flawlessly. Jon also suggested a new computer which I purchased from Best Buy. Great suggestion Jon! Then Tony came out to hook up my new computer to my new Canon printer and perform the migration. Tony, Jon, and Adam are geniuses!! Tony connected my printer for WiFi printing which I love; and no migration was necessary. Everything transferred automatically from my old Mac to my new Mac! Tony also installed my new photoshop program which I love! Thank you Best Buy Geek Squad!!!

Cody installed my computer and seamlessly connected my printer, monitor etc. He is an excellent teacher and answered all my concerns. He was able to clean up the tangled connections which I thought was a "mission impossible" task.

Austin is always professional and helpful. I would recommend this service to anyone who isn't a computer whiz or is alittle unsure of the migration process. It will save you time and trouble,
