The agent from Geek Squad was on time and efficient in transferring data from my 12 year old computer to the new one. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

Purchased a new PC, Jason DeFontes came to the house on time and proceeded with the Data Migration to my new unit. Jason wore a mask and gloves for the entire time in my house, I really appreciated that.

I called the Geek squad as my desktop computer's wi-fi wasn't working. It wasn't connecting to the internet. The Geek came over and after checking my set up said my computer is too old and I should get a new one. So I bought a new one he recommended and he transferred all my data from my old PC to the new desktop. He ran a cable from the new PC to the wi-fi router in the next room and now I am able to connect to the internet. That's great! But I don't want a cable running from one room to the next, I didn't have one before. I should be able to get on the internet using wi-fi - not with the help of a cable connecting the PC to the router. I am disappointed.

Jeremy fixed my computer quickly and explained how to make fixes in the future, Great and knowledgeable Squad member. Only problem, I had to wait nearly two weeks to get someone to call on me.

Agents helped with setup of new Dell Desk Top Tower they were a big help with every aspect of getting the new tower up & running Thank you!
