Out w/Old and In w/New
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tech backed multiple computers to external drives, installed office, setup printer for wireless print/scan; installed what was saved on the new computer then connected external monitor. Saved us couple hundred dollars by incorporating existing software into the final installation. Never once showed any frustration during his appointment.

MIDDLETOWN GEEK SQUAD ROCKS
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In this day of impersonal, unsatisfactory customer service , here comes the Geek Squad with an in home visit to initiate confidence in the use of my new IMAC 27 desktop computer. My tech offered the transfer of important information from my old computer into my new one. He also answered questions about the general use of this new computer. I was very impressed. If I have any further questions , now I know who to call.
