I've used the online support on numerous occasions and it has been invaluable. I would highly recommend signing up for Geek Squad support if you have multiple computers and related technology in your home.

Geek Squad Ken needs a raise!

Coming from a retired teacher of 27 years experience that was an honest mouthful. I hope that I can request him for any other Geek Squad needs that I have! He represents you well!

Computer installation

The agent, Dan Wolf is very knowlegable and helpful. Unfortunately the computer and monitor stoped communicating recently and I need Dan to comback out and check it out. He did mention a suggestion over the phone but unfortunately that didn't work.

Resourceful Geek Help

As a result, the technician was unable to set-up my new computer and migrate data from the old to the new. However, he did make an appointment for me at the store and I took my laptops in where the data migration took place. So, I was able to use the new laptop after that. The technician was knowledgable, courteous, and helpful throughout.

Service to infinity and beyond....

When updating our old HP computer didn't work, he personally brought us a new Dell and set it up, showed me how to pay for it remotely, transferred all the data from the HP to the Dell, and even changed our remote to our smart TV so that it would work better. Great service!
