The agent dealt with my questions in such a clear and calm manner I immediately felt much better. I would have this agent back if I have future issues. He was willing to stay as long as was needed to ensure I understood what the problem was and how to avoid future ones.

surveys are not my thing. Senior, senior citizen. \installation went well Computer keyboard is too light in color and is hard to see keys, when one doesn't have the knack of typing. Mouse doesn't work properly. Have not had time to bring it in. Also have to set up time to have my old HP brought in to be destroyed along with HARD DRIVE. To sum it up..for what I had done, it went well and had good help from squad when I needed it.
