The agent was very patient with our questions and did a good job with the set up and transfer of data. The only thing that was a puzzle, he transferred the data into some weird folders and it took a bit of time finding things.

Awesome Geek Squad associate very knowledgeable, quick and explained how to use functions on the laptop. Also moved all my data from my old Dell into the new one. Best Buy Geek Squad & Total Tech is well worth it, and I recommend everyone purchase this option.

The Geek Squad set up service is a WONDERFUL part of the service you provide. As a newbee to the grand world of the Internet I learned enough to get me "surfing the net" like a professional. In addition, I appreciated that your in-home assistants arrived at my home when they said thal they would. They both were extremely knowledgable and professional. Kudos to Best Buy.

All my interactions with Geek Squad have been most excellent. Most recently, Geek Squad Agent Dale got my new laptop up and running in about 1.5 hours and got it right the first time. Having a Total Tech Membership is well worth it.

the agent came to my house to set up my new laptop. he transferred the data from my old one to the new one. he called the day before to introduce himself and gave me a narrower window of arrival. then called in the morning then once again when he was on his way. he was polite and knowledgeable

Michael and his crew made short work of moving my files from my old IMac to my new 24 Inch IMac. They set up the new unit and my new printer and it is working like a charm. They also took my old printer for recycling. Very professional, efficient and polite. Very happy with the Geek Squad!

Eric stopped by and set up my new desk top computer, transferred all documents, music and photos from my old computer to to my new Dell. He explains step by step how the Dell worked vs. the iMac. He did a good job, He's a good man, Give him a raise.

Raymond was absolutely outstanding! Pulled up right on time. Very courteous and encouraging about migrating data from a fifteen year old computer. Prepared me for several things that could go wrong. Only one "horrible" happened but he figured a way around the problem. Once all the pieces were lined up, it took only a few minutes to finish the job. Raymond then gave me a brief tutorial on highlights of Windows 11 and I was off and running. I'm 83 years old but the vast difference in our ages was nowhere to be found. Set up was easier then I thought, so I had quite a bit done before Geek Squad came, They were excellent in setting up what I couldn't, answered every question and solved all my issues. Easy to work with and I highly recommend their help.

Jeff was very professional and helpful. He transferred my photos from an old desktop to my new Mac. When I say my desktop was old, I mean really old. Jeff managed to to find the right tools to accomplish this task.

Anthony set up 2 laptops, and a new printer we purchased. He transferred everything we needed & used from our old laptops and synced them with the printer allowing us to print from any room in our house. Great Job!!!
