Geek Squad Member "Robert Ingenloff was INCREDIBLE!! He completely replaced an entire old computer system with brand new items (hardware, software, and data transfer). He accomplished ALL with ease and professionalism - - TOTAL CRAFSTMANSHIP ON DISPLAY!!! In my view, The Total Tech Program is an absolute MUST -HAVE!!

The guys did a wonderful job setting up the new computer and got the data transferred without losing anything. Highly recommend.

My computer is everything they said it would be. Often when you purchase something and get it home, it is nothing like clerk said it would be. Set up was easy, and he added some more to the computer to give me more options, and make me very happy. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I didn't feel stupid.

Awesome Geek Squad associate very knowledgeable, quick and explained how to use functions on the laptop. Also moved all my data from my old Dell into the new one. Best Buy Geek Squad & Total Tech is well worth it, and I recommend everyone purchase this option.

All my interactions with Geek Squad have been most excellent. Most recently, Geek Squad Agent Dale got my new laptop up and running in about 1.5 hours and got it right the first time. Having a Total Tech Membership is well worth it.

Raymond was absolutely outstanding! Pulled up right on time. Very courteous and encouraging about migrating data from a fifteen year old computer. Prepared me for several things that could go wrong. Only one "horrible" happened but he figured a way around the problem. Once all the pieces were lined up, it took only a few minutes to finish the job. Raymond then gave me a brief tutorial on highlights of Windows 11 and I was off and running. I'm 83 years old but the vast difference in our ages was nowhere to be found. the agent came to my house to set up my new laptop. he transferred the data from my old one to the new one. he called the day before to introduce himself and gave me a narrower window of arrival. then called in the morning then once again when he was on his way. he was polite and knowledgeable

Eric stopped by and set up my new desk top computer, transferred all documents, music and photos from my old computer to to my new Dell. He explains step by step how the Dell worked vs. the iMac. He did a good job, He's a good man, Give him a raise.

Michael and his crew made short work of moving my files from my old IMac to my new 24 Inch IMac. They set up the new unit and my new printer and it is working like a charm. They also took my old printer for recycling. Very professional, efficient and polite. Very happy with the Geek Squad!

Bought a new Dell Tower, small but powerful. The Geek guy transferred all the data, set up everything including the speaker so I can listen my music. Everything went smoothly and I am very please with the service. Kudos

The in home setup service was outstanding. The Geek Squad representative, Thomas Jeffers, was polite, professional, and personable. He was efficient and helpful throughout the entire process. He gave me the phone number to call for any follow up visit to collect old equipment or ask questions. I am extremely disappointed to learn he is no longer with the Geek Squad less than two weeks later when I called. Set up was easier then I thought, so I had quite a bit done before Geek Squad came, They were excellent in setting up what I couldn't, answered every question and solved all my issues. Easy to work with and I highly recommend their help.

Geek Squad transferred all my wife's data from her old lap top to the new lap top. They initiated all the additional peripherals to the new lap top. They did so efficiently and quickly.

Jeff was very professional and helpful. He transferred my photos from an old desktop to my new Mac. When I say my desktop was old, I mean really old. Jeff managed to to find the right tools to accomplish this task.
