Geek Squad came to my house and got scanner to worK. My canon pixma printer/scanner would print but would not scan - device would not register as a scanner. Geek squad found and installed the correct driver and got it working in 10 minutes

The agent was very accommodating, efficient, answered all my questions and patiently helped me get started on a new, replacement PC.

Lyle dove right in on the set up my new Hp EliteBook from my original vintage EliteBook. Almost everything worked except Outlook which had to have some tweaking. Lyle worked all my call backs as we worked thru the adjustments. He came back 3 times, but of that was because I had trouble describing what was not working properly. Very easy to work with
