Geek Squad Set Up HP laptop and connect to network
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agent Matthew Jorgensen came to our house on 3-18-2023 to set up an HP laptop and connect it to our home network. He successfully set it up but did not set the time for the lit keyboard to be lit up long enough to see while not in use and the machine to go into sleep mode to quickly. that required extra steps to get back to online access location to start processing again. Told us to make a store appointment to have the machine reset and updated. Called G Squad for another home visit to have the remaining three problems fixed. Agent Joseph Thomas came out and fixed the remaining 3 problems in less than 10 minutes.
