Computer service

I payed around $180.00 for this service. But there was a problem my printer was not working right, I called Geek support for which I pay $199.99 per year and I still have a problem my calls ended with a hang up or them telling me my printer was working fine. My printer is not working right. My contract is up for renewal and I ma having second thought .
