    Firstly the person I requested was replaced without notification. Started of with a spiel of how we will get things done until I felt comfortable. Then I was rushed to finish off. Not at all what I expected and I was charged much more then my plan stated. Completely disappointing. I will not renew yearly subscription.

    I've been spoiled by Chad. When is he back from maternity leave? Moving files from one laptop to another isn't difficult. I don't understand why the bookmarks on the browser weren't transferred as well.

    They told me it wasn't their job to show me "how" things worked. They didn't have time for that. So I cancelled my Total Tech but they still charged me $100 for coming in and setting it down.

    Agent set up new PC. Was unable to load old version of Excel. Also sound not working. I was able to rectify both issues on my own. I expected a follow up call, but did not get it.

    THE LAPTOP WAS GREAT, BUT THIS PRINTER WAS TO BIG I ASKED FOR A SMALLER ONE YET I GOT THIS ONE THAT IS JUST AS BIG AS MY OLD ONE IT WORKS GOOD BUT OVERALL I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT
