Anthony set up 2 laptops, and a new printer we purchased. He transferred everything we needed & used from our old laptops and synced them with the printer allowing us to print from any room in our house. Great Job!!!

Great service. Fast and easier than going into the store

Once again, Jason was a rock star. We wanted our appointment to be with him, even though that meant a week delay for an available date. The wait was well worth it. Jason's skills, disposition and humor are beyond valuable.

The installer was polite, on time and did a good job of hooking up my new computer. He also added a few extras, but the one I missed was the most important. We didn't have much of a discussion about the office program. I got the newest, Windows 11 and that was a HUGE mistake. It's garbage. A little warning guys.

Laptop setup by Chris was excellent. He was efficient in transferring all my files. Gave me tips on several items that I hadn’t known.

The agent, Theresa, did a fantastic job in migrating all necessary information from my previous laptop to my new HP laptop. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Thanks again for your wonderful work.

I’ve used the Geek Squad severs time for both computer and TV related jobs. Excellent on both. I recently had them transfer everything from my old Mac to my new one. Wonderful! He did it much faster than I could have and all works perfectly.

Great communication as it relates to the scheduled appointment. And excellent patience and communication during the process. Efficient, too. This was well worth the investment and would suggest that others consider the Total Tech option when in need of such a transfer and set up.

The gentleman that I had was outstanding, called said that he was running late, was very professional, did a a great job installing my computer and pc.I offered him a tip and he said "why"? "I m doing my job" and said "thank you but no thank you".

The agent was prompt with the appointment, had all the equipment to do the set up and the computer was working as expected after the agent left. All was good and as Farr as I can tell, no data was lost.

Brandon set up my new computer and was very patient with me. I'm 75 and tech challenged. He took time to educate me about my computer and gave me helpful suggestions. This young man is a treasure!

Matthew is a true professional. His work was completed in a much shorter time than I expected due to his skill and patience working with a fair number of different pass words. As always, I shop and work with Best Buy with great confidence.
