The agent was very knowledgeable about what he needed to get the transfer accomplished. He explained everything I needed to know.

The nice GS guy set up my new computer and printer together. Made sure printer worked and that The Mac was communicating with it. Migration complete, showed me new features and installed newest OS. I’m very happy and he offered future assistance should I need any.

Fantastic service from the Geek Squad who migrated all my files, needed programs, and connection to printers and Wi-Fi/Router for my Dell Laptop. It was fast, efficient, and I could not ask for anything more. They are great and it is well worth the cost.

Gabriele was fantastic, I thought I was scheduled for an instore appointment but it was not in the system. Gabriele took it upon himself to sit down with me and assist starting the set up and process of my new computer.

The agent installed my new computer, connected all peripherals, and migrated data from old PC. He installed some new software, fixed a few problems and then answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable, courteous and patient all the time!

Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Checked to see that everything I wanted was transferred from my old laptop. Gave me advise on what to do with laptop if I wasn't going to keep it. Did say it was in very good shape so I should hang on to it for a while.

Our Geek Squad technician was Quinton. He has been to our house several times for different services. He is always courteous, kind and quite knowledgeable. He takes all my questions seriously and never makes me feel stupid. He does a wonderful job!

The number of words required is ridiculous. It doesn’t take fifty words to say good job. Ryan was pleasant, efficient, helpful, and worked quickly. Now, again, it could have been said in three or four words, not fifty. I’m so over this silly survey.

Agent was on time and handled IMAC setup and transfer of data from older computer to new IMAC. Also installed new HP printer and setup Bluetooth connection as well as educating home owner about new features of current OS.

I hired the Geek Squad because my computer set up had migrated to a system of odds and ends of various vintages some dating back 20 years. I wanted somebody to basically deconstruct the whole thing and put it back together properly, discarding the detritus. Eddy did that and then some. He methodically and patiently uninstalled and reinstalled (with the new PC) everything and also offered useful commentary about my home network connections (I took his advice and called my ISP to bring out a new modem and router which has sped up connectivity a lot). I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out; what would have been a massive pain and frustrating experience had I attempted this process myself instead was a beautiful upgrade day.
