Agent Tyler was awesome. Kept me posted on appointment and was right on time. Friendly and Professional. He set up my new PC and transferred all data from old PC and tested everything, and connected all other devices. Great job and handled very quickly.

The technician did a great job. He transferred all the data from my old computer to my new one and gave me tips on using it. He also hooked it up to a tv I have right above it and installed my audio system.

Seth did all the data transfer from the old hard drive showed me all the new things on my updated computer which is amazing thank you!!! He also helped my husband with problems he was having on his lis laptop. Seth is great. Top kiddos!!

The Geek Squad Tech, Robert Marmo, provided excellent service in installing our new HP computer. He was knowledgeable and efficient in his work. After he had installed every thing, he was very patient in guiding me through the operation of the new system. He arranged the appointment with the Geek Squad at The Park Meadows store to transfer some of the files from the old "hard drive" to a portable HDD. We are very happy with Robert's work on our behalf. Thank you Geek Squad.

Matt was personable and professional in migrating our data from old computer/laptop to new equipment. He answered all questions and made certain we were comfortable with computer operations.

The Geek Squad fellow, Chris, was GREAT, polite and informative! He hooked up the computer, got it going and showed us things that it would do and some things that were different from our old computer.

The agent set up my computer and made sure everything worked. They answered my questions about operating my new computer and operating system. When connecting my printer, they checked to see that the printer worked but forgot to check to see if the scanner worked. (It doesn't.) I have confidence that I can find out later, however.

Installation of new Desktop Computer, new Monitor, new Keyboard & Mouse, existing Printer & Driver, existing scanner & application, PaintShopPro software, Google Chrome plus data transfer from old PC plus custom Windows settings.
