Caleb called me 30 minutes before he came, which I appreciated. He was quite personable and helpful and made sure that all my files were transferred properly.

Set up my new computer transferred information I wanted. Connected my printed and double checked to make sure I had everything I needed on my computer. I didn’t have to drive an hour to have it completed. Super service

The agent installed my PC and migrated my settings and data from my previous PC. Very knowledgeable and good. The only reason why I rated this as good and not excellent had nothing to do with the actual work. The one problem I had was in scheduling the service. I had to wait 2 weeks for it and Geek Squad rescheduled it once putting it back another day.

My geek squad guy got my new computer hooked up quickly and showed me how to do stuff. He was sooo helpful.

I could not have had a better person come set up my pc and transfer my data. It was a pleasure to have Grant do my work and explain things as he was doing them. Everything was done quickly and I am very pleased.

The set-up was done timely and without drama...just what I wanted. The information from my old one was transferred quickly, and I find it when I look for it on the new laptop.

I Love Love my Dell PC the only problem I had was getting the Geek Squad to set it up 3 weeks later I got a wonderful guy and he set me up and I love having him at hand with answers to my, questions.

Brandon, Transfered all my data left on my 1912 IMAC to the new one. In the processed he deleted any and all information on that old computer that I wanted deleted. He then set up my new computer exactly the way I was accustomed to using. Slowly and methodically, so that I could follow what he was doing. Explaining all of his moves indicating his professional experience, with absolute patience ( I'm 93) with a hearing loss.

The money i pay for total tech is so worth it! They are so knowledgeable and so professional. We have used them often. I can't recommend them highly enough.

The Geek Squad technician (Devyn) who came to set up our computer was the best. He was knowledgeable and able to answer ALL our questions - and we had a lot. He was helpful, personable and efficient.

Justin Set-up my computer great. Did not transfer files from my old computer because he did not have the tool needed to get into my old computer. Have to go to the Best Buy store when ever I get someone to lift it...my old computer is heavy. The new one is nice & lightweight.
