The Agents set up my laptop and new printer quick and efficiently. They are very knowledgeable I would recommend this purchase to anyone, they are awesome and polite.

Very happy with the service. Star came on time and skillfully transferred the data from my old laptop to the new one. Only glitch was due to a problem with AOL that was their fault not hers.
