Got an awesome computer deal, with excellent set up service. The guys were great who set it up, and explained a lot, along the way, then made sure I could get online, and that everything was working the way it should. Eric was our home technician. He was great with us, set up our new computer, moved over favorites and asked many questions of us and then would adjust the computer accordingly. We couldn’t have asked for a better techician.

Matt did an excellent job with migration from my old desktop functioning with Windows 7 to new laptop as well as familiarity with laptop. Even transferred old pictures from XP

Amanda was very punctual and attentive to detail. She made sure the setup was completely done. Delete unnecessary setup and made sure speed was accurate.

Kam Dawson assessed my WIFI problem and advised me that my 10-year-old TV was the issue. He advised and helped me choose a replacement and connections. He was clear, patient, and helpful. The installation of the new TV was quick and efficient. I trusted his advice and service. His installation assistant was also professional. I have purchased many items over the years and been very pleased, particularly with the Geek Squad. Service has always been helpful and courteous.

The techs called an hour or so prior to arriving. Sean and Emily did a very good job installing my new Mac mini and with the data migration from the old one to the new one. even gave a few pointers as well. Job well done

Edwardo and Mark we're the installers for my new SONY TV SYSTEM...They we're excellent in the sintal...very neat and very professional and extremely courteous....they took time to explain the system to my husband and myself...there was a glitch in the system..my fault...and they came back and fixed it and then again explained what we should be doing to have the proper things working the way they were supposed to be working...Both Edwardo and Mark are an asset to your company...i would have no one else working on my system..
