Geek Squad came to my house setup my computer very helpful. Also help fix a problem I had.

The agent set up my new computer and hooked it up to my printer. He was excellent. Did a great job and even showed me how to use some of the features.

Excellent set up of computer and television with knowledge and experienced installers.

Our helper made sure I had my new desktop set up properly and made adjustment to the setting as requested.

Patrick was the rep. who set up my computer and did a great job. He was pleasant and efficient. This is the second time Patrick did work for me, he did work on my old computer and as usual did a great job. I love my new computer. The only complaint I have is the older gentleman sales rep. who tried to talk me out of this computer and was more interested in eating his M&M's than be a good sales rep. I actually came back a second time to purchase my computer and has a young man who was a great sales rep.

This tech Jonathon was super ...... made the transfer of all my data and pictures from our old computer to the new one look so easy and then helped us understand the new one.

The tech was on time and cordial. Everything went as expected. One thing, when the tech called to verify the appt. he informed me that I would need to purchase an external hard drive from him to facilitate the data migration, if I didn't already have one. Best Buy employees should have made me aware of this at the time of laptop purchase. At this point my only option was to buy the external hard drive from the tech. It just felt a little shady. I gave the tech a 5-star rating because I felt Best Buy, not the tech dropped the information ball.

Technician came to the house. He set up the computer and transferred material from the old computer. Was a very convenient and quick process.

Member connected my new macmini and transferred data. Connected wi fi and printer and verified all were working properly. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Original guy was to come to my home but got sick. In-store was informative and very quick service. originally was supposed to be 3 days but got it back in day and half. exceptional for holiday weekend.

The agent arrived on time, did what needed to be done in a prompt and efficient manner. He answered all of my questions. I was very pleased.
