The technician (Adrian Reading) with the geek squad was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He completed the work in a professional manner and performed all services requested. He installed the software on our new Apple and PC computers and transferred the data from the old computers. His work also included the setup and installation of a new printer and external CD reader and a backup hard drive. Based on our positive experience, we would highly recommend using Adrian Reading for future technology services.

Ryan was great, as all Geek Squad members are. He came to the house and set everything up.

Agent came to my house and set up my new iMac and quickly transferred the data from my old iMac to the new one.

Setup new HP Envy laptop computer and moved data from 2016 HP Envy laptop. After some software issues caused by changing from Windows 10 to Windows 11, the system is working fine.

The tech who came to my house was wonderful, and very helpful. I I was very surprised, and disappointed, to learn that I should have an external hard drive so he could transfer my data from my old computer to the new one. Isn't that what he was here for? If a plumber comes to my house, I'm not expected to have a wrench for him - he comes with what he needs to get the job done. Then he offered that I go to the store with my old computer to get the data transferred that way. That is what I did when I bought the computer, and they told me "oh no, Geek Squad will come to your house and do it for you." In the end I had to buy an external hard drive from him - that he had in his truck - but he didn't have one in his tool kit for switching over customer data from an old computer to the new one, which must be an every day occurrence. P.S. As i'm writing this, I see the Geek Squad logo, It says new PC Setup and Data Migration....but apparently only if the customer has the external hard drive.

The agent set up my new laptop, transferred files, added security and Microsoft 365. He was very efficient and knowledgeable.

The setup was quick, and the agent was able to retrieve all my data from the old computer hard drive. I was very pleased with his work.

I brought home my new HP All-in-One Desktop computer the day I purchased it. It was so heavy that I had a friend carry it into the house for me. Because I have TotalTech, I elected to have a Geek Squad tech come to the house, uncrate, put the computer on my desk and then install the entire setup. The tech was so knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and patient that I told him I wanted to give him a 5-Star review. He was appreciative, but he said that surveys were done on a random basis so I might not receive one, and, unfortunately, I did not receive a survery. He really deserved a personal 5-Star review.

The tech person was very efficient in transferring the old data to my new computer. He answered all of my questions.

First off, we are not at all tech savvy. We are seniors trying to keep up with the times. So a simple printer and laptop hookup is out of our capability. Best Buy’s Geek Squad arrived onetime and ready to answer our questions and install our equipment. Tech guy was very polite and patient, He carefully explained in detail the process and made certain we were satisfied. He even offered further assistance if necessary.

Courteous geek squad member copied all from desktop computer to new laptop, installed Windows 365 and other software. Very happy with results!

The set up and migration was exellent, and the tech was wonderful, I wish I could remember his name. And he found my missing music library too.
