Geek Squad is totally amazing. We love the idea that they will come to our home and set up tv's, computers and even our Ring Doorbell with Chime. And when we have a problem with a computer, we just take it to our Best Buy store and to the Geek Squad and they repair whatever needs to be done and in a timely manner. We highly recommend Geek Squad service.

The agent transfer data from my old computer to my new computer in a timely, efficient manner

New computer was set up and everything transferred from old one. Job was done efficiently and gentleman was friendly as well.

I like my new computer and it has been working well. Krystal Gallegos is the one who installed it and on a Sunday! in my book she did an excellent job and I think she is one of the best!!!! She gave 100% of her time and made sure all was working good before she left and answered all Questions I had!!! she gets an A+ as far as I am concerned!
