Quantus was the best

The data transfer was more of a problem than expected, and actually required a second apptmt. But Quantus worked that out to my convenience. The actual transfer took longer that expected, but he was patient and completed the process wonderfully, along with making sure that my Word software was installed, as well as ITunes.
