Geel Squad set up my new computer and screen.

I'm 79 and he was very patient with me in explaining things as he went along. Because I had set up 2 different cloud accounts, he came back several times to help get it straightened out. I immediately felt comfortable with him, and he never felt that any of my questions were stupid. He made sure that each of them was answered. You have an excellent employee.

Geek Squad Very Helpful

In moving from an old all-in-one PC, we weren't aware that we had to acquire speakers for the new PC - Caleb was able to handle that situation on the spot. We had also purchased a new laptop, but had not requested Geek Squad help. Despite it not being on the agenda, Caleb helped with it also.

Geek Squad reloaded My PC very quickly.

Geek Squad was very knoweldgeable

He was also able to install my disc player to my new computer, which was very important to me. I needed him to have more time to finish installing the app that I needed on my desk top for my printer functions and I would have liked him to have more time to install my Google Chrome too.
