Sam arrived when he said he would answered my questions and explained in terms I could understand What took him 3 hours to do would have taken me 3 weeks I am absolutely going to recommend geek squad to my family and friends for their computers needs.

Laptop Install

I see - saw without my glasses!

Windows 11 is a huge advancement over my outdated system with so much more to learn but trying to be positive and make it fun to learn all these bells and whistles.

New Lenovo - New things to Learn!!

He constantly asked if his explanations were things I understood. He showed me the "how to" for so many things I did not think of. Considering my old laptop was over 10 years old and is not made anymore I was grateful to Alain for spending as much time as I needed. Thank you again, Alain, for being my Geek squad Hero!!!

Geek Squad Installed Ring Doorbell & Camera Light

The only thing is that the batteries weren't charged and I am having a hard time reaching the camera light in the backyard to obtain the one battery to charge it.

Problem with returning calls
