I am an old lady who is not at all computer literate. The agent was incredibly helpful. Set up the computer and connected it to my IPad and printer and TV. He fixed problems and helped me retrieve and change lost passwords. He explained things I needed to know about battery life and hard drives and the cloud and things I'd never heard of. He was fast and efficient, but most importantly he translated geek language into things I could understand. He was very respectful of me and my home as well. I wanted to adopt him.

The agents mounted my TV and all devices quickly and efficiently. They were very accommodating.

I got an HP desktop. The initial setup was fine-Blend Hoxa. I need someone to come to my home to clean up a few things. The 1st appointment available was like a week out. Ridiculous. Why pay for the Geek Squad when it takes someone that long to get over here? Would I recommend? Yes for the expertise, no for prompt service availability.
