He set up my new windows 11 HP Pavilion , transferred all my data from my Windows 7, installed my Word program and anti-virus and fixed it so that my start up screen looked exactly like my old computer. I had one small issue with my sleep mode not working and he came back and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. He is so smart and pleasant. Highly recommend him.

A good benefit from a Best Buy relationship.

Most of the work was done quickly and adroitly. There were a few problems I identified later which I had to resolve myself. All in all a good offering.
