Agent took great care to ensure my elderly mother understood all aspects of the computer and the process. She is extremely happy with the product and very impressed with the agent. Best Buy is our go to for tech needs.

It All Depends on Who Arrives from Geek Squad

Second, the first Geek Squad rep sent to install it gave up and walked away. I had to call Geek Squad a second time. The next guy (and they were guys) installed my new printer in record time, for which I was thankful, but I had to make repeated calls to the manufacturer when various glitches arose. One actually arose tonight and I will be calling the manufacturer again. I've found that easier than calling back the Geek Squad and setting up an appointment.
