Love that Geek Squad

It said it would take 13 hours. so we took it into the store and they completed the job. Thanks "Geek Squad"

However because i rated management with low ratings, because i felt he was not allowed enough time. He got called in with negative review, management blamed him for bad review. They never told him i gave high ratings on him. So, what is the purpose of asking for ratings? Don't send any more surveys.
