We've always had a great experience w/ Geek Squad!

He was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Great employee, great person and valuable person/asset for Bes Buy to have working for them. He made sure that everything was set-up properly and was working well before he left.

Best Buy needs improvement

The after waiting another 2 weeks, he was a No Show! After hours waiting I was finally told that no one was coming. By some miracle, they found a tech to come the next day to finish the job. It took nearly a month from the time I originally scheduled the appointment! The only reason I give 3 stars is because the second tech deserves 5 stars.

Jon is one great Geek Squad member!

There are always going to be issues from data migration, especially from an older machine with years of accumulated data and files. When a couple of difficult issues came up, Jon kept working with the new set up until all of the issues were resolved, He is personable, intelligent, and very well qualified to do set ups and data migration. Highly recommend him!

He taught this old lady more about new windows 11 in a very patient but not condescending way. I didn't feel rushed. He quickly figured out how much I understand about computers and what I needed to learn.

Install new laptop - transfer data from old laptop
