Geek Squad Service is worth the money

We asked him if our current router was still good enough for our needs and he said yes, he didn’t try to sell us anything new. This service is well worth the cost of TotalTech package.

My Geek Squad Tech was Awesome!

As an exact duplicate of my old one! He took as much time as needed to complete the job, And because I had bought a Geek Squad membership for a new TV this year, the home Laptop set up was at no additional cost.

Geek squad installed computer quickly

He connected and synced it with all other devices (phone, printer, computer) on my network. Left his phone number for questions, came back once for another linkage. Overall great job!

Geek Squad was great

He loaded all my applications and transferred all of my files. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He even called back the next day to see if I had any questions and gave me his phone number. Worth every penny!
