Geek squad setup and transferred all my dara to new computer with no issues

They really do a great job and take time to go over service detaials.

HOOK UP WAS AWESOME, NO TIME AT ALL JOSEPH TORRES IS AWESOME.

The agent hooked up my new laptop and transferred files from the old one. I discovered later that not all files migrated. I was able to retrieve them from my old computer. I wonder if this is a problem with his software or hardware, and not human error. For at least one document I use frequently, an older version transferred, not the most recent. Again, I was able to retrieve it.

The Geek Squad guys have been great. so happy that we paid for this service.

The Geek Squad member arrived on time to set up my new Laptop and transfer all files from my old machine. He installed Office 365 on the new machine which took some doing since the account was in my dead wifes name. He was very thorough and professional in the installation process.

I marvel at how your company can hire such good workers, who seem to be well trained in almost everything. Colin was assisted by Luke when they updated the EERO mesh system I had for my offices. I can't comment on the workability of thedevices as I've not uysed them much yet.

Good service if your not goid at doing this kind of stuff I highly recommend them.

I'm giving a 5 star review as the reps were great, however, not happy that they only have a 2 hour limit at my home to transfer from my old to new laptop. Which meant I have to make 2 trips to Best Buy for this to happen. As a senior, it is a huge inconvenience. And, I am a loyal geek squad customer.

The agent set up my laptop and docking station and made sure all the peripheral devices were operational. He then copied all the files from the desktop to the laptop. He left the desktop operational and accessible until I’m completely satisfied with the operation of the laptop. I had absolutely no problems with the new configuration. I’m very satisfied with what I have. First class setup.

This was the best choice ever. My Geek Squad agent - Alex, he is the best! Customer service out of this world. Alex's knowledge and expertise advice has been so helpful. I purchased the wrong PC and Alex made the exchange including pick up of new computer a the Covina Best Buy. I live in Pasadena. Thank you Alex and Best Buy!
