Laptop installation

Also transferred my data from old computer to a flash drive. He was so very professional and kind. Answer all my questions patiently, I’m so happy with Jeremy and Geek Squad. Service is excellent, friendly, professional and fast I was amazed. Thank you!!

Geek Squad computer setup

He completed the setup and answered all my questions. Overall; very happy with service and would highly recommend using the Geek Squad.

Geek squad migrating data success!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agent, Luis Acosta did an outstanding job setting up my new iMac and migrating all my data from my PC laptop. He was very courteous, punctual and answered all my questions about my new iMac. He explained what a USB-C Hub was used for and I ended up buying one.He also migrated my email accounts, and made sure that my local network printer would work with the iMac.

Geek Squad Service

He gave me an overview of the new Ventura OS. He was patient, knowledgable and EZ to understand. Had him back a week later to go over some of the new OS questions I had, the OS is so different I'm sure I'll have him back.

Not only did he install my new computer and set it up to my liking, but he also took the time to explain its various features and the changes from Windows 10 to Windows 11. I was very pleased with his work.

Geek Squad installed my new computer

Scott was super friendly and very knowledgeable and quick and efficient! I decided to keep the old computer and we hooked it up on another desk and hooked the new printer up to it also!
