Geek Squad set up New PC and data migration

He explained everything he was doing, We had some problems with my internet connection so he went to another appointment and came back after we corrected our problem. He helped me get started on my new all-in-one computer. Left me a card to call when needed.

Geek Squad Techs are the best

The technicians are very good and think creatively instead of being linear. That allows them to resolve issues that suddenly occur that are not normal.

Worked through a problem

All in One - stress free installation

He did so in a neat and orderly manner, taking time to explain to non tech owners in terms that we could understand. Uploaded all data from two older computers for us and took time and care to set up to our specifications. He was great!!
