He answered all our questions and really took his time explaining what he was doing and why. Great stress reduction.

Muis rocks!

The first time he had to update all my peripherals to connect them to the computer. The second time he connected the new computer to the peripherals efficiently and completely and then explained any new procedures required to access them. He is really really the best.

Geek Squad Computer Set up a breeze!

He customized things to my needs and also gave me pointers on functionality to make my time spent on my computer better. Jason definitely knows his stuff and was so helpful. Great experience!

Great Tech & Great Installation

He responded to my every request and concern while pointing out the differences and similarities between my old computer and the new one. I am 100% satisfied with Jade's service.

Awesome, Efficient & Thorough Computer Install

He was very thorough as I have had many installs and know the difference. He made sure I was comfortable with the new equipment and gave me working knowledge of them before leaving

Geek Squad saves me, again!

I don't want to deal with all the details, I just want my computer to work. The computer was set up and working quickly. I also got a lesson on Windows 11 and using my new tablet.

Made changing our computer easy!

We needed to purchase a new computer that would have the programs best suited to our needs. This is always a dreadful experience, but Best Buy and the Geek Squad made the transition a lot less painful for us. Thank you Geek Squad!
