Customer service at Best Buy is the best, electronic emplyee that helped me with my purchase is outstanding with knowledge,all My devices are from Best Buy I highly recommend them,I just feel bad I forgat young man’s name.

It is so fantastic to have Two Geek Squadies sit with me at my kitchen table and explain how to use my brand new Galaxy tablet and my security cameras. Dom and Jesse were patient and thoroughly explained the tablet and explained how to run the cameras using the tablet. I'm off and running; such fun!

I have to say, the Geek Squad service is worth every penny. So grateful I got it. The Tech was kind, courteous, patient with my many questions and answered them thoroughly. My equipment was older, so it was not a simple migration by any means. Very professional and expert service.

Agent was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it. On line help was not able to diagnose. Visit to the store to establish my equipment was working properly were very important. All equipment checked out OK but it took a visit by a representative to diagnose and correct the problem.

Paul from the Geek Squad in Lynnwood setup the computer and a week later, the new printer and all was working exactly as I wanted. Paul was courteous, wore a mask in the house, he answered my questions very well and made sure all was working correctly before he left.
