TRENT WAS VERY NICE AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS VERY PATIENT.

The agents Krystal Gallegos and Mitch Zaleski were friendly and very efficient. Krystal transferred my old computer to the new one. Mitch helped me with some problems I had been having with my two TVs. They solved problems I did't even know I had!

Brad was great. My computer was extremely slow and Outlook didn’t transfer properly the first time so he came back and got it running like a charm. He helped me with product selection and his explanations were clear and accurate. Thanks Brad.

The Geek Squad is terrific! It was easy to get an appointment, the technicians arrived on time. They were efficient and quickly installed hardware and software. They answered all of my questions in understandable English and were pleasant to have in our house.

Kyle came on time, twice! He was patient, had a quiet "can do" sense about him. I worried about asking too many questions – his calm demeanor took away any worry. I asked him and he set up what I needed. This has been a very positive experience. Again, many thanks to Kyle for renewing my confidence. So happy with my new laptop and set up thanks to him!

The agent came right on time to install my new computer and migrate files from my old computer. I asked a million questions and he was very patient, answered all of them and addressed all of my concerns without ever making me feel like I was annoying him.
